What To Eat To Lose Belly Fat In 1 Week
Michael asks…Low calorie, High protein...?I'm a 15 year old boy 5' 3'' tall and i weigh 110 lbs but i have alot of belly fat and chest fat... if i eat 1700 calories in a day with 100 g of protein powder throughout the day with 6 meals and it all adds up to 1700 calories while doing cardio 3 times a week with some weight traing once a week make me get .. .
1) Lose belly and chest fat and get muscle
