Lose Belly Fat With Exercise Bike
Susan asks…I'm 13 and bordering overweight... Help?I'm a 13 (and a half) year old girl and I weigh 51 kilos (112.2 lbs) at 149 cms (4"11). I'm bordering on the overweight range for my height and weight. Recently I've started going to the gym - I do around 35 minutes of the treadmill, 20 minutes of the bike, and around 15 minutes of ab exercises.
