Lose Belly Fat Naturally
Helen asks…best exercizes for belly?i had a baby in Oct. and still have some lingering "padding" around my middle. i have lost all my weight from the pregnancy, and am currently on a 1200 calorie a day diet plus at least an hour of cardio every day if possible. i am losing weight but no fat. i am naturally curvy so i am comfortable with the hips, just want to knock off belly fat. any suggestions?
