John asks…My Diet Plan Suitable For Me?Im a 14 year old male, who weights around over 130 pounds. I am almost 5 foot 4 and am overweight by quite a bit. I have excess body fat on my belly thigh and hips. I am not obese and definatley and have no diseases or life dangering things happening. But I want to make some good positive changes.
My Diet
Morning 15 minutes on treadmill burn 100 calories.
Walk to school 10-15 minutes- Almost 100 calories
250 ml of water
Honey nut cheerios with skim milk
