Foods Burn Belly Fat Fast
Susan asks…I really need help with my workout plan, *pictures included*?My goal is muscle size and definition. I'm currently 6'2 168. I started lifting 2 weeks ago, 6 days/week. I'm doing 3 sets of 8 for basically everything, with the heaviest weight that I can possibly do for those 3 sets, and keeping good form. What are some ab exercises to really build them up? I don't want it to look like I have a beer belly of muscle, that happened to me last summer.
