Flat Stomach Exercises

Michael asks…What are some exercises to maintain a flat stomach?I'm 13 and skinny. I wanted to know what are some exercises to do, that will help me maintain my skinny stomach as I grow older or eat a lot so even if I don't gain weight in the right areas at least I will have a skinny stomach. Also, will doing the hula hoop everyday for about 15-30 minutes help even if it's a regular hoop made of plastic?Editor answers:Crunches, sit ups, pretty much any exercise that uses your stomach
