Spent over 1050 minuties on the exercise bike.I do cardio about twice a week. The Exercise bike 3-5 times a week for 30 min. Abs and pushups everyday.I started pilates about a month ago and do that about twice a week. I lift weights 3 times a week.
I eat very healthy and I fuss about every little calorie. I am
