Eat To Lose Belly Fat
Sharon asks…How to lose my belly fat?I have been working out for 2 years roughly and have decent amount of muscle built but i wanted to get rid of my belly i had left over. I eat healthy, workout every day take in protein shakes and drink a lot of water but I still cant lose my belly fat.
