Burn Belly Fat For Men

William asks…Does 10 second interval running help lose belly fat?I've been searching for ways to lose belly fat on Youtube. One man claimed that if you run intensely for 10 seconds then rest for 10 more and continue to do this for 10 minutes you will burn belly fat. Is this true? I also do different crunches/ leg lifts/ etc. I only need to lose about 15 pounds. I would like to have a flat belly so I can wear a bikini this year. Thank you.
