Carol asks…Is this a healthy way to lose weight/get fit?I'm 14 and going to go into high school this year and thought I might lose a few pounds. Nothing drastic, just lose the belly fat and love handles, and tone up (which would be around 3-5 pounds, not counting muscle?)
